About me

Hi, I’m Lacie! I can’t wait to help you achieve a more balanced life.

Hey there! I’m Lacie—therapist, yoga teacher, black belt (yep, really!), and a fellow human figuring it all out as I go. I’ve spent years helping people navigate anxiety, perfectionism, and the messy reality of life, and here’s what I’ve learned: we don’t need fixing—we just need support, community, and the right tools to thrive.

With a background as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and a 200-hour yoga instructor, I believe in a holistic approach to wellness—mind, body, and soul. I’ve personally wrestled with anxiety, intense grief after losing a child,  postpartum OCD, and the pressure to have it all together, so trust me when I say: you’re not alone. We’re all beautifully imperfect, and the magic happens when we embrace that instead of fighting it.

That’s why I created Welcome to Being Human—a space for real people (like you and me) to stress less, grow more, and show up as our authentic selves. Here, you’ll find science backed tools that work, mental health and wellness resources, and a community that gets it. Because life is chaotic, magical, and messy—but you don’t have to do it alone. 💛
